What is Brahmi?
Brahmi refers to two herbs, mainly cultivated in India, known as centella asiatica and bacopa monnieri. Brahmi is part of the traditional Ayurvedic medicinal system and is thought to have properties to support focus, concentration and ease anxiety.
Why don’t we sell Brahmi?
Insufficient studies have been conducted over a long enough period of time to say whether Brahmi is safe for long-term use. In addition, some reported side effects from taking Brahmi are stomach cramps and nausea.
