Acidophilus Extra 25 Billion is one of the most sophisticated live bacteria products sold in the UK. Daily Intake
1 capsule daily. Take with a glass of water, ideally first thing in the morning when the pH of the stomach is at its highest (i.e. not so acidic). I have tried this for a few weeks making sure to take first this and leave at least 30 minutes before food or hot drinks. Unfortunately it has given me a very sore stomach and even caused indigestion symptoms. I know this now because on cessation my stomach returned to normal.
