To help lower cholesterol levels. It has worked extremely well for my husband and I am hoping for the same result! Unfortunately the tablets are huge and I have to cut them into umpteen pieces or grind them and mix with yoghurt. Had the same problem with previous brands. Why are sterol tablets so enormous? I would like to take 2 a day but can''t face the thought of swallowing them! Recommended them to a friend but she also had to give up for the same reason. They work well, which is why I would recommend them although they are difficult to take.
