- Found in onions, apples, and green and black tea, Quercetin belongs to a class of water-soluble plant pigments called flavonoids.
Quercetin is the most widely researched bioflavonoid and makes the perfect partner to vitamins C and D, nutrients known to help support the immune system and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Our high-strength supplement provides 500mg of pure Quercetin. Given the average apple contains between 5mg and 10mg, you couldn’t obtain this amount from diet alone.
