Two of our high-performance Theanine and Lemon Balm capsules contain the same 200mg of L-theanine – found in our original supplement – but with the addition of 600mg of Lemon Balm (Melissa). To L-theanine and Lemon Balm, we added biotin for the normal function of the nervous system and normal psychological function, as well as pantothenic acid for normal mental performance.

Having read a few nutritional books theanine came as recommended for calming a busy mind and help sleepless nights. I also take ashwaganda and magnesium for the same thing but have long forgotten the best time to take these supplements. I do not find anything helps me sleep better, sometimes I do, sometimes not irrespective of what I take. But I’m convinced theanine and ashwaganda help to keep the daily pressures low.

Melatonin doesn't work
L theanine and lemon balm works to get me very sleepy and I can manage 6 hours of sleep -broken sleep but sleep nonetheless. I go into deep sleep and REM sleep and I have really lovely dreams that I look forward to.
This is a miracle supplement and I'm hoping I can continue to improve my sleep .
