Having spoken to one of the experts I bought this product hoping that it might help with headaches. I can''t say that there was any change on the headache front but what I did start to experience was awful cramping in my feet and shins, heart palpitations and dizziness. I was unaware of any side effects and feel that more information could be written on the possible negatives and not just the positive. On the bright side since I stopped taking magnesium the dizziness and palpitations have gone and the cramping is less.
