Ingredients (serves 1)
2 slices pumpernickel bread, toasted
60g hummus
35g sauerkraut (we like Biona Organic Sauerkraut - or Biona Organic Golden Turmeric Sauerkraut Demeter
Half an avocado, sliced
Method
1. Spread the hummus evenly on both slices of toast
2. Distribute the sauerkraut over the hummus and the avocado slices over the sauerkraut.
3. Combine the two slices, and enjoy!"
