This spray uses alcohol to disperse the essential oils. The vodka also evaporates quickly to avoid damaging or staining fabrics.
Ingredients
12 drops Breathe Easy Blend
12 drops lavender essential oil
1/2 tsp vodka
Distilled water
Method
Add all the ingredients to a 100ml spray bottle then top up with distilled water
Shake to mix and use as and when required.
