Ingredients
4 meringue nests
100ml Nature’s Best Fruit Concentrate – CherryMax, Pomegranate, BerryGuard
300ml/10fl oz plain/soya yoghurt
A handful of fresh berries
(serves 4)
Method
Pop the meringue nests into a freezer bag and scrunch them up until broken into pieces.
Layer the ingredients into serving glasses. Start with some fruit concentrate. Mix half of the crushed meringues through the yoghurt and add a layer.
Top with a bit more fruit concentrate and some of the crushed meringues. Repeat until all the ingredients are used up and the glasses are full. Serve immediately.
Top with fresh berries.
