Ingredients (makes 10-12)
200g dates
60g cashews
60g goji berries
30g cacao nibs
Method
1. Place all the ingredients in a high-powered food processor and blend them into a thick dough. If the mixture isn't sticking, add 1 tsp. of warm water.
2. Roll into 10-12 bite-sized balls and store them in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
