Ingredients
150g rolled oats
2 tablespoons runny honey
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
¼ teaspoon Himalayan Pink salt
40g coconut flakes
2 tablespoons cacao nibs
20g rice protein powder or any unflavoured protein powder

25g dried cranberries

6 dried apricots, cut in small pieces

2 tablespoons unsalted pistachio/
cashew nuts

2 tablespoons dried cherries

Method
Pre-heat the oven to 170°C.
Place the oats, honey, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, and coconut oil in a large bowl and mix well.
Spread the above mixture on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and roast for 10 – 15 minutes, stirring occasionally (or turn the tray around halfway through roasting for even heat distribution).
Remove from the oven and leave to cool, gently, loosen up the baked mixture and combine with the other ingredients.
Serve with natural yoghurt or milk (dairy free).
Store excess in an airtight container.
