Ingredients (12 servings)
360g rolled oats
100g desiccated coconut
50g walnut halves
60g sunflower seeds
70g pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp. shelled hemp seeds
2 tbsp. flaxseeds
2 tbsp. chia seeds
100g berries, cherries, and raisins
Method
1. Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
2. Store in an airtight container.
3. Serve with milk and berries.
