Ingredients
1 tsp. Manuka Honey
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
1 cinnamon stick
Thyme sprig
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar (we like Raw Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with Turmeric, Ginger and Chili)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Method
1. Place the Manuka honey, ginger, cinnamon stick, and thyme sprig in a cup and cover with 200ml boiling water.
2. Stir and leave for a few minutes to allow the flavours to infuse.
3. Add the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice and stir again.
4. Sip and enjoy.
