Natural yoghurt with blueberry jam and granola
 


Ingredients (serves 1)

 

4 tbsp. natural yoghurt 

A handful of your favourite granola 

1 tbsp. naturally sweetened blueberry preserve 

1 banana, sliced 

A sprinkle of mixed seeds

 

Method

 

Dollop the yoghurt into your breakfast bowl. Swirl in the jam, sprinkle on granola, add the sliced banana, and finish with mixed seeds.
