A simple cookie recipe with a slight twist! With the addition of Flouishe, a natural, soluble fibre, they cookies will not just taste great but will also help maintain normal intestinal health. Lets get baking!
Ingredients
60g Coconut Oil
200-250g ground Almonds (you can use almond meal but will need less)
60g Flourishe
1 egg
Pinch of mixed spice, cinnamon, ginger or nutmeg (optional)
Method
Blend all the ingredients in a bowl or food processor, adding the nuts slowly until you get a firm, but still sticky consistency. Roll into balls, flatten slightly and bake at 180C for around 15 minutes or until golden brown.
