Ingredients (8 bars)
1.5 tbsp. inulin powder
50g sunflower seeds
90g rolled oats
55g flaxseeds
2.5 tbsp. light agave
1 tsp. coconut oil
Method
1. Combine the peanut butter, sunflower seeds, inulin, rolled oats, flaxseeds, and dried cranberries in a large bowl, and mix thoroughly.
2. Spoon the mixture into a lined loaf tin and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
3. Cut the frozen mixture into 8 bars and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
