"A Good Back Up When Eating Out"

I've been lactose intolerant about 1 year now. I've experimented and replaced most trigger foods containing lactose but eating out our when visiting people's homes can still be tricky and embarrassing.
Basically if I'm unsure about a food item/dish I'll play on the safe side and take a tablet. Generally I keep to a light low fat lactose free diet without any issues but on the odd I've taken a tablet they've worked fine for me. I always carry some with me as a back up when out and about.

I have been Lactose intolerant for many years, so anything that contains cows milk or cream is a no no. I thought I'd try these tablets, but to be honest wasn't expecting great results. How wrong can you be! I took a couple of tablets then took a chance and tried a cream cake. Amazing, no side effects at all. No stomach cramps. No rushing to the toilet, nothing! I now carry a bottle with me when ever we go out and so far they have been brilliant. They may not work for everybody, but for me they have been a life changer.
