A8: We ship orders Royal Mail 2nd Class free of charge. However, if you have selected Royal Mail 1st Class, you will be charged £3.50 each time a shipment is made.
Q9: Can I skip a shipment?
A9: Yes, you can skip a shipment if you don't need it at a particular time. Simply adjust your delivery schedule in your account settings to pause a delivery. Your subscription will resume as per the next scheduled shipment.
Q10: Is there a minimum commitment period for the subscription?
A10: No, our subscription program does not have a minimum commitment period. You can cancel your subscription at any time without any penalties or fees.

A11: There are no additional fees for subscribing to our program. You only pay for the products you receive, and if you’ve selected Royal Mail 1st Class, a £3.50 shipping charge each time a shipment is dispatched.
