  • Product Information

  • Found in whole grains, pulses, nuts and seeds, thiamin plays a crucial role in releasing energy from food, as well as supporting the nervous system, heart health, and psychological function.

Our maximum-strength thiamin tablets provide a full 100mg of highly absorbable pure nutrition grade vitamin B1 which is safe to take long-term. Few people will be deficient in a single B vitamin, so you may consider adding a broad-spectrum vitamin B complex to your supplement regime.

Our formula is made to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in UK factories to ensure the very best quality standards.

This product is suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.

We are unable to recommend supplements as an alternative to prescription medication, unless your husbands doctor is happy for him to do so. If he is not already doing so, we would suggest that he keeps his doctor informed of any supplements that he is taking.

This version of B1 contains Thiamine Hyrdrochloride. It is the synthetic version of B1 and cannot help people you. It doesn't contain anything Natural.

Although most of our supplements are produced from natural ingredients and natural sources, in some cases this is not a practical means of sourcing raw ingredients. A good example of this is vitamin C. It would take 20 oranges to make just one 1000mg tablet of vitamin C so a pot of 60 would require at least 1200 fruits which would be extremely difficult and expensive to source. In these cases, the nutrients are made via a fermentation process, and this would be the case across the supplement industry. Vitamins manufactured via these types of processes are indistinguishable from the form found in foods and are classed as 'nature identical' due to their chemical structure being identical.

I hope this is useful, please contact us if you have any further questions.

As supplements can take some time to build up and have an effect in the body, we would normally suggest reassessing your symptoms after three months. However, I am pleased to hear that you are already starting to find this product helpful.
