Ingredients for Brazil Nut Pesto
200g Brazil nut pieces//P041
2 handfuls of rocket
3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. nutritional yeast//P063
Juice of one lemon
Dash of oat milk
Pinch sea salt
How to Make Brazil Nut Pesto
1. Blend all the ingredients in a high-powered food processor for a few minutes.
2. Add a dash of oat milk so the pesto has a smooth consistency.
3. Stir into pasta, spread on toast, or dollop onto salads.
