Ingredients for Basic Cookies
60g Coconut Oil 200-250g ground Almonds (you can use almond meal but will need less) 60g Flourishe 1 egg Pinch of mixed spice, cinnamon, ginger or nutmeg (optional)
How to Make Basic Cookies
Blend all the ingredients in a bowl or food processor, adding the nuts slowly until you get a firm, but still sticky consistency. Roll into balls, flatten slightly and bake at 180C for around 15 minutes or until golden brown.
