Protein packed smoothies with Pea Protein powder

Green Smoothie: Ingredients: Fresh mango pieces: 1 handful Fresh spinach: 1 handful Fresh whole kiwi, with skin removed: ½ Fresh, ripe banana: ½ Dates: 4 Oat milk: 300ml Pea Protein Powder: 10g Method: Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until combined.

Ingredients:

  1. Fresh blueberries: 1 handful

  2. Dates: 4

  3. Fresh mango pieces: 2 handfuls

  4. Fresh, ripe banana: 1

  5. Fresh whole kiwi, with skin removed: ½

  6. Oat milk: 300ml

  7. Pea Protein Powder: 20g

Method: Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until combined. Add more oat milk if desired.
