I have tried this for a few weeks making sure to take first this and leave at least 30 minutes before food or hot drinks. Unfortunately it has given me a very sore stomach and even caused indigestion symptoms. I know this now because on cessation my stomach returned to normal.
I guess I have some sort of an allergic reaction to the product and it must be increasing the histamine levels in my stomach.
