Just reporting a slight effect I experienced. I normally take the vits with breakfast and I found that if I had a coffee, I would have quite a loose bowel movement shortly after. I have since stopped the coffee at breakfast and all is well now. Otherwise, the product seems great, haven''t had a cold since starting and I''d normally get one every couple months.

I received my order yesterday and this morning I took my first pill with breakfast, between 1.5 - 2hours later I had an adverse reaction to Ashwagandha.
