Despite the ‘gentle’ nature of our formula, it still delivers high-strength vitamin C at 500mg per tablet. You can take up to 2g of vitamin C daily using this product (4 tablets), but ideally, we’d recommend spreading your intake out.

Each tablet also supplies over 70mg of calcium, which can make a valuable contribution to your overall intake, especially if you take several tablets a day.
