Nutrihair® should be taken at 1 tablet daily for the first 6 months. Most women take 1 tablet in the morning, but for some 2-3 tablets may be needed daily under the guidance of their GP.

After 6 months, you may wish to continue on 1 tablet daily.
How to take: Swallow whole with water half to one hour before food or on an empty stomach.
Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not replace a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
