We’ve provided vitamin E at a lower strength for those looking to ‘top up’ their multi. That said, our vitamin E capsules are still at a relevant level, providing a full 168mg (or 250iu) per capsule. This is significantly more than the 12mg Nutrient Reference Value (NRV). The reason for this difference is that NRVs represent the minimum amount of any nutrient required for health, and are often less than the level recommended by nutritionists.

Our vitamin E capsules are naturally sourced and derived from a vegetable base. We also use the active d-alpha-Tocopherol form, not the synthetic version dl-alpha tocopherol or modified tocopheryl forms.

We’ve formulated Vitamin E 250iu as capsules – not tablets – since they are a better form of delivery for oil-based materials.
